They already do that at Nature's Grocers' - there's a stack of boxes right there. Costco doesn't provide bags at all - just boxes.

I am not sure if my mass email reached all of our LAC members, especially new ones - I am looking for members who have experience with or insight on HOA restrictions for landscaping or how covenant controlled communities are allowing for water wise landscape and turf replacement. If you have those experiences or insight please email me at knsweeney@gmail.com and I will fill you in on what the sustainability group is working on with City staff re: water conservation plan/turf replacement
